Non-Destructive/Destructive Editing

Destructive Editing is the destroying for pixels that you can redo and if you do redo it will not be the same as the old ones. Destructive Editing removes data from an Image so the images quality may be reduced.

Non-Destructive Editing allows you to make changes to an image without destroying the original image data, which remains available in case you want to revert to it. Because nondestructive editing doesn’t remove data from an image, the image quality doesn’t degrade when you make edits.
